Casablanca are looking for motivated young people aged 15-18 with an interest in sports coaching, cheerleading, gymnastics or trampolining to join our training programme.
Our trainee scheme for potential young coaches provides on-going mentoring and tuition in the coaching of gymnastics and trampolining activities, in a safe club environment with experienced and highly qualified coaches.
Trainees work alongside our club coaches, assisting with the running of sessions for young people aged 3-16 years. Trainees are paid a small wage, but the real benefit of the scheme is in the experience and recognised qualifications you will gain – funded by Loughton Community Gymnastics CIC.
On completion of the training scheme, coaches will be qualified to level one with our National Governing Body – the British Gymnastics Association, have first aid certification, child protection and safeguarding certificate, and a DBS disclosure.
Casablanca operate at our new unit in Oakwood Hill, Loughton that provides gymnastics, trampolining, cheerleading, tumbling and dance.
